According to Zuckerberg, a subscription to Meta Verified gives users “additional impersonation protection” against accounts that are “claiming to be you,” a blue badge, and the ability to verify an account with a government ID. Additionally, it offers “direct access to customer assistance, special stickers, and access to improved visibility and reaches,” according to a news release outlining the function.
