Renders published today by 9to5Mac suggest that the 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus will only include modest aesthetic changes from the iPhone 14 Plus. The pictures are based on computer-aided design (CAD) drawings of the devices that were given to Apple’s manufacturing supply chain. They are in line with earlier iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro leaks we have seen.
The iPhone 15 Plus will include a Dynamic Island instead of a notch, just like the iPhone 15. In 2023, Apple will introduce the Dynamic Island design to its iPhone lineup. Also, it will have a USB-C port rather than a Lightning port, which is another modification Apple makes to all iPhone 15 products.
According to the photos, the iPhone 15 Plus will include a Dynamic Island, somewhat thinner bezels, and small changes to the size and width of the device. According to 9to5Mac, the CAD design of the iPhone 15 Plus has “slightly rounder edges” for a more seamless transition from the front to the rear of the device and a somewhat thicker camera bump.

Apple’s iPhone 15 Plus is anticipated to look and function exactly like the iPhone 15. A dual-lens camera with Wide and Ultra Wide lenses will still be present. Given that the iPhone 15 Plus’s battery measures 6.7 inches and the iPhone 15’s are 6.1 inches, the battery size should be the primary difference between the two iPhone 15.
The same A16 chip found in the iPhone 14 Pro versions, a Qualcomm X70 modem, and blue and pink color possibilities are some further iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus characteristics that have been rumored. More on what’s predicted for the iPhone 15 can be found in our dedicated roundup.
We also have a summary of the features anticipated for the more expensive iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, which include, among other things, a faster A17 chip, a titanium chassis, a more curved design, and camera enhancements.
