Capcom shows the launch trailer for Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection. The compilation has been available for PS4 and Switch since last Friday and the press release provides additional information:
Together with Lan Hikari and his NetNavi MegaMan.EXE, players dive into the networked world of Net Society to save the cybercrimeridden city. The collection’s online capabilities allow NetBattler to compete with others online in Casual Battles, play with friends in Private Battles, and climb the leaderboards in Ranked Matches. Other battle rules are also available, including Real Thing Battles, Mega Man Battle Network 3 Triple Battles, and Mega Man Battle Network 4 Version Battles. While online, players can use Battle Chips or MegaMan Swap .EXE styles and exchange NetNavi client programs with other NetBattlers around the world. Those who want to focus on the adventures of Lan and MegaMan.EXE can use the new Buster MAX mode outside of online play to multiply the damage of the normal MegaBuster shot by 100 in any game.
Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection offers other exciting new features, including 499 patch cards based on Mega Man Battle Network 4 previously only available in Japan, a gallery with over 1,000 artwork, a music player with 188 tracks of all 10 songs, an interactive 3D MegaMan.EXE PET in the home screen and an optional highresolution filter that provides pinsharp images.
