A new Sleep information UI is part of the One UI 5 Watch update. This tool gives users a detailed sleep score that shows the stages of sleep, how long they snore, and how much oxygen is in their blood. Users can also use Sleep Coaching on the Galaxy Watch to learn how to sleep better.
One UI 5 Watch device will work smoothly with Smart devices, letting them react to the user’s Sleep Mode settings and make the environment more conducive to sleep.
The latest Galaxy Watch 5 Pro update brings new features that make it easier for users to track their sleep and set Heart Rate goals. It also includes five workout intensity levels and can provide real-time tracking for running activities and create interval training plans. Users can receive better route suggestions by using GPX Files in the Samsung Health app.
One UI 5 Watch update has introduced a new SOS system that allows users to connect directly with emergency services and provide location and health information to enhance user safety. Additionally, for users aged 55 and above, the fall alert feature is automatically enabled for added safety precautions.
Later this month, users of the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 in the US and South Korea can download the One UI 5 Watch test through the Samsung Members app. The main fix should be available to users in the second half of 2023.
