What exactly is the plot of the series titled “The Lady of Silence: The Mataviejitas Murders”?

The following is a description of the documentary that was obtained from Netflix:

“The decade of the 2000s began in what was then known as the Federal District with a string of murders that placed the safety of the capital’s police in peril. The victims were older women strangled to death in their own houses. The victims’ backgrounds have incited public outrage and media attention that has never been witnessed before. The Office of the Attorney General of Mexico dedicated all its personnel, assets, and energy to tracking and killing Mexico’s first known serial murderer. According to the accounts of those who have seen him, he is a tall, robust, and powerful man who poses as a nurse to win his victims’ confidence. In January 2006, a lady was apprehended in broad daylight as she fled the crime scene after being wanted for more than forty homicides, several unsuccessful arrest attempts, and multiple contradictory statements. Juana Barraza is her name, and in the world of professional wrestling, she is known as “La Dama del Silencio.” In the media, she is known as “The Little Old Ladykiller.” This is a moniker that is already ingrained in both the rich black history of Mexico and its unique popular culture.
