However, when it comes to games, it’s much more likely that they will have one specific title in mind. Games have a personal and memorable impact on people, whether it’s from the story they’re experiencing or the impressive technology they’re getting hands-on with. GQ asked over 300 gaming experts, including developers, scriptwriters, journalists and gaming actors, to pick their best games of all time, resulting in a top 100 list. The top ten games on the list are presented below, with some surprising titles missing out on the top spots, such as Red Dead Redemption II and Grand Theft Auto V.
