However, Jean requires more from Dave than just daily updates on Tallulah’s bathroom habits, especially now that she is the headmistress of a school with several problems. Lomper and Dennis are married and attempt to keep their struggling café afloat despite their challenges.
Gerald, now retired, needs help making sense of the current world, but Horse has fallen far behind. When his attempt to fight back fails, the Monty gang pulls together to celebrate their lifelong friendships in the wake of the failure.
