The character of Spider-Man has spawned several spin-offs and adaptations, including live-action and animated iterations. The 2021 Disney Junior cartoon series Spidey and His Amazing Friends is one of the most recent additions to this collection and also one of the most recent additions overall. A much younger Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, and Miles Morales form a Spidey team in the novel, similar to the current smash blockbuster Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse plot.
