Where to Search for the Blue Medallions in the Resident Evil 4 Remake in the Quarry and the Fish Farm

The Merchant in the Resident Evil 4 (RE4) remake cannot bear the blue medallions that the local religious fanatics have hanging in the strange European region where the action occurs. The first blue medallion can be seen dangling from a scaffolding structure located over the northern entrance to the Quarry. You can hit it with a handgun that does not have a scope on it, but having one will help you spot it more easily.

The second blue medallion dangles from the dock’s underside, connecting the Quarry with the Fish Farm. To find the blue medallion, head to where the boat is docked and then turn to the southwest.

The remade version of Resident Evil 4 (RE4) features Fish Farm, which has three blue medallions. The small shack located next to the windmill and containing the third blue medallion may be found inside.
