Testing of The GeForce RTX 4090 Was Done at 8K

For this test, The Tech Chap built a brand-new PC. This system is completely out of this world and probably out of everyone's budget because it is powered by AMD's flagship Ryzen 9 7950X processor and paired with a Samsung 8K TV.

Display manufacturers are still limited to 4K resolution, with no 'affordable' 8K monitors. At the same time, next-generation GPUs concentrate on high-resolution gaming. Because so few gamers use this resolution, the 8K GPU testing is not very popular among reviewers.

It is important to remember that NVIDIA marketed its RTX 3090 GPU as the world's first gaming GPU with 8K support. However, even two years later, the popularity of 8K screens is still very low.

Tech Chap's test system has a 16-core Ryzen 9 7950X Zen4 processor, ASUS ROG Maximus X670E Hero motherboard, and 32GB of DDR5-6200 memory. The computer was linked to a 65-inch Samsung Neo QLED QN800B 8K TV cost $3,500.

Of course, these aren't all the games we tested, but we'd rather not reveal everything. If you're curious about how quickly the RTX 4090 performs at 8K in games like Call of Duty: Warzone or Crysis Remastered,
