Use Google's Santa Tracker to Follow Santa's Travels From the North Pole

If you've been nice this year, you might be interested to know that Google has started its yearly Santa tracking function, allowing people to follow Santa on his fabled trek to the North Pole in real-time as he gets ready to deliver gifts to children all across the world.

Santa Tracker from Google carries on a 19-year tradition for the company by letting delighted kids (and parents!) track the jolly gift-givers whereabouts on December 24.

On this day, Santa's Village is transformed into a tracking experience so that kids can watch as the big guy and his reindeer perform their crucial duties.

On an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, a web browser on Google's official Santa Tracking page can be used to follow Santa. Santa's present location, his next stop, a live video feed of his travel, and the anticipated time of his arrival at each spot are all displayed on the website's live map.

The Santa website offers images of places Santa has already gone, a real-time total of gifts given, and Santa's current separation from your location. Various games, creative things to do, and videos to watch exist.

Other Santa tracking services, such as the NORAD Tracks Santa Claus app and website, are also available. Still, Google's site is often the most interactive and detailed.
