Abylight Studios announced Ninja Chowdown: Glaze of Glory for Switch. We also get to see a trailer for it, and we read additional information in the press release:
Ninja Chowdown: Glaze of Glory is a colorful pixel arcade that’s easy to start but difficult to master, even for a shinobi. The 2D runner tests players’ ninja skills with fast-paced levels in three replayable game modes: Normal Mode, Gray Mode, and All You Can Beat Mode.
Players must use their weapons to take down opponents, avoid dangerous traps, and take on powerful clan bosses. Once players collect enough donuts, they enter Doughjutsu mode, a temporary invulnerability mode that turns players into large projectiles. Crazy costumes and ninja pets await players, from shinobi cats to alien ships as well as dangerous and tasty weapons like shurikens and bananas.
Ninja Chowdown: Glaze of Glory is dedicated to food and bursting with color, with a fun, cute cartoon atmosphere. Each character represents a mix between a warrior and a food industry worker.
Ninja Chowdown: Glaze of Glory will be available in the spring. It has been announced that the upcoming game will be released on both PC and Nintendo Switch platforms in the year 2024.
