Construction Simulator Update 1.29 has been released for all platforms and is now available for download on PC. The update brings several bug fixes, improvements, and patch notes. The file size may vary depending on the gaming platform you are using. New Feature: Crossplay Multiplayer
- Players can now join multiplayer sessions from any platform, including PC (Steam and Microsoft Store), PlayStation, and Xbox.
- Option to disable crossplay in the settings under ONLINE.
- Crossplay is enabled by default for all platforms.
- When creating a multiplayer game, crossplay can be enabled or disabled for that particular session.
New Feature: Voice Chat
- Voice chat added for all platforms with various settings under AUDIO > VOICE CHAT.
- Options for enabling/disabling voice chat, changing audio devices, setting volume, blocking communication, and push-to-talk.
- Radio sound effect for distant players (can be deactivated).
- Known issues being worked on, such as voice chat quality and last-gen device compatibility.
New Feature: Emotes
- Added player emotes accessible in the context menu under EMOTES.
- Emotes can be assigned to specific shortcuts for easy access.
- Some emotes are one-shot animations, while others require new movement inputs to exit the pose.
Mobile Excavator Improvements
- Wheeled hydraulic excavators can switch between driving and function mode without resetting body, boom, and bucket.
- New capabilities include driving with a filled shovel, transporting cargo, and pouring concrete while driving.
- Rear wheel steering enabled by rotating the body 180°.
Multiple Vehicle Fixes & Improvements
- Adjustments to bulk material capacities for excavators and dumpers.
- Various small fixes and improvements for vehicles.
General Game Improvements
- Graphical fixes and improvements.
- General bugfixes and improvements across the game.
